General terms and conditions
Packaging: All goods must be packed in boxes, crates, cases, or other packing materials. Loose goods will not be accepted.
Advice: Preferably in sturdy moving boxes or banana boxes, these are generally the strongest boxes and can be stacked perfectly!

If boxes are not completely filled, we recommend that you fill them with, for example, towels, tea towels, etc. so that the boxes do not dent!
Plastic containers are of course allowed, but we cannot guarantee that they will remain intact despite the weight stacked on them.

Weight limit: Boxes may be filled to a maximum of 25kg. Heavier crates or suitcases are only allowed after consultation.
Filling hollow spaces: Cabinets, furniture, cars and other hollow spaces may not be filled with heavy goods. Only after consultation are pillows, blankets etc. allowed.
Loading and unloading: Loading and unloading is normally done on the ground floor. If this needs to be done at another location, this must be discussed in advance and an additional fee may be charged.
Presence of assistance: Assistance must be present when loading and unloading. Our drivers only load and unload up to the sidewalk/front door, they do not pick up or bring goods/furniture from/into the house. Should a driver, at your request, decide to enter the house, we are under no circumstances liable for any damage that may result from this. We emphatically emphasize that our drivers are not obliged to do so. As standard, our driver comes alone.
Parking: Provide sufficient parking space in front of the door to facilitate loading and unloading.
Inventory List: A clear list of the goods carried for the purpose of preparing the consignment note must be provided.
Payment terms: Upon agreement of the agreed price, a deposit of 50% is requested. The transport will only be confirmed after the deposit has been received. The total amount must be paid 2 working days before loading. Should the driver find during loading that the stated volume is not correct, we reserve the right to adjust the invoice.
Weight Limit: The price is based on a maximum weight of 75kg per cubic meter, unless otherwise agreed.

Goods that are not or cannot be in a box must be wrapped in sturdy foil or bubble wrap before transport. If this is not done, we are not responsible for any damage.
