Delivery or transfer of your new home

We offer this storage for customers who are waiting for the delivery or transfer of their new rental or purchase home. It is always exciting and uncertain when final delivery or signing takes place

Our on-call delivery service takes a lot of stress off your hands. We can always respond to your wishes at short notice and deliver your goods from storage on time.

Snowbirds

We offer storage for winterers if they don't feel like dragging the same items back and forth to and from their wintering address every year. You do not want to leave certain items unattended in the shed/home (e.g. bicycles, scooters, garden furniture, water scooter, jet ski, clothing, etc.)

Short or long rental of your home

Do you rent out your holiday home, but do you also enjoy it at different times per year? Then there are certainly items that you always take with you to and from Spain because you naturally want to keep your private items private and do not want to share them with your tenants.

Or do you rent for a long period and does your tenant want to install their own furniture?

In both cases, we can offer you a suitable proposal so that your private belongings remain private or that we come to collect your furniture from your rented home and store it for the rental period of your tenant.

Insured and secure storage

Our storage is secured with an alarm system and cameras.

It is not self-storage where just anyone can walk in and out. We only work with one

pick-up and delivery service! (You can always ask us for certain items, that is no problem, even if you no longer know which box or packaging it is in, you can of course get your goods by appointment with one of us).

Our storage is additionally insured up to €600,000 against theft, vandalism, fire and water damage, nature and storm damage.

Your goods are also insured against unforeseen damage due to loading and unloading, etc.
